Final Thoughts on Covid
Thanks everyone for following along while we were sick. I cant tell you how many people reached out to us and asked if they could pick up groceries for us or send us Door dash. Friends dropped off coffee and toys for Ransom and even though we couldn’t be around anyone, we felt truly loved.
Thank you for all the messages and concern.
A few final thoughts about Covid:
Its not the sickest I’ve ever been. That award goes to the Swine Flu I had back in 2012.
We were incredibly fortunate that our case was mild. I certainly wasn’t fun, but it could have been a lot worse. We’re really thankful.
Its strange having spent a year trying to avoid getting it only to get it just as vaccines are rolling out. We were so close!
Its also really strange how it affects everyone differently. We never had fevers, but had all the other symptoms. Brian lost his taste/smell but I didn’t. Some people have it mild, others get it much worse.
0/10 recommend covid. Wear a mask. Wash your hands. Get vaccinated.
